My journey

From breathing
to speaking.

Every voice has a story. Sometimes, finding it requires courage, resilience and a willingness to step beyond our comfort zone.

After migrating to New Zealand, I experienced the challenge of adapting to a new environment, building a new life and learning to express myself with confidence.

As a Respiratory Scientist, I have always been fascinated by the power of breathing. That passion inspired my 2025 Toastmasters International Speech Contest journey and my message, “Our Power Within.”
